It’s important to drive around the community and areas of the home you are interested in at various hours of the day and night to determine it’s a good fit.
8a.m. Drive the area in rush hour time to see what the commute would be for your work in the mornings.
10 a.m. Do you hear any traffic noise, construction noise, dogs barking? This can be important if you work from home.
3 p.m. -4 p.m. – What does the neighborhood look and sound like now that school is out, especially if living near a school.
5:30 p.m.- How is your commute to the property from work?
9 p.m. – How safe dose the neighborhood feel at night? Is it well-lit or dark?
