Summerport is a master planned community consisting of single-family homes and townhomes. Some of the phases include Eden’s Hammock and Merrick Landing. While townhomes are traditionally two stories, this community features unique one-story, 2-bedroom townhomes. There’s a particularly strong emphasis on family-oriented living here.
